A Perfect Knot is back at SCF!

I am delighted to begin a small schedule of classes again in the Community Room at Supercharge Foods. If you haven’t practiced in this room or this building, I have to tell you that the first time I taught a class here in 2015, the meditative and grounded elements were noticeable to students who had been with me at my other studios. If you are not familiar with A Perfect Knot Yoga, I opened it in 1996, on Williamson St. Can you believe there were only 5 studios in the city, including Monona?! After a few years of being the only teacher, and with increasing requests from teachers for a place to teach, more styles were added. I finally closed in 2015, 19 years later, not interested in competitive marketing in the face of an amazing number of studios in the same neighborhood. Even now, more people are training to teach as yoga practice touches their lives positively. In a singular moment of self-promotion, I invite you to take a class with me, who has 22 years of teaching experience which is not limited to asana (posture) practice.
